If Cancellation occurs within the Cancellation Policy period, a one-night Charge will be assessed. No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts. 2/10/04-2/15/04 and 2/27/04-3/6/04 require a 14 day cancellation period. Property Cancellation Policy: 48 HOURS.
